He has a Master Electrician, Maitre Electricien du Québec, 309A Electrical, CCA Level 3 – Construction Management and CECA licenses, and has PWGSC Secret Clearance. Eric is responsible for overseeing operations for over 50+ employees. Prompt, responsive and dedicated to the overall success of projects, he anticipates issues and actively works to problem-solve and mitigate risk. Garth began his journey in the construction and electrical field in 1993. He is a Master Electrician and 309A Electrical Licenses, is CCQ Registered, and has PWGSC Secret Clearance. He is fluent in all aspects of operations including estimating, office and project management. He has successfully delivered a wide variety of projects in the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors, including heritage buildings and the Parliamentary Precinct.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Matt is a construction professional, with a passion for client service and satisfaction. With a foundation dating back to 1998, he boasts extensive industry experience spanning numerous vertical markets. His time in the construction industry has changed drastically since the beginning. Starting as an Electrical Apprentice, to Director of Business Development. Within these positions, his focus is always on the end user. Matt’s goal is always to engage as a trade partner and not just a subcontractor.

SENIOR ESTIMATOR

JF has been in the construction and electrical field since 2006. He has a Master Electrician, 309A and 309C Electrical Licenses, is CCQ Registered and is Suderman Estimating Certified. One of his many talents is to provide end value to clients through a comprehensive budgeting process. He is well versed in areas including building and installing large commercial and control HVAC systems, working within hazardous locations, heritage buildings, patient care areas, secure facilities, and public venues. He has successfully managed out-of-country opportunities and always ensures timely accuracy and delivery of material and components for the client’s schedule and needs.

ESTIMATOR & PROJECT MANAGER

Cameron began his journey in the construction and electrical field in 2012. He is a Licensed Electrician, Blue Beam certified, Fire Alarm Certified, Estimating101 graduate, and an accomplished member of the team always looking for ways to advance his skill set. He is proficient in electrical estimating, material procurement, and project management. His approachable personality makes him a great leader, while his attention to detail results in exceptional client satisfaction. His strong direct connections guarantee client success.

HEALTH AND SAFETY LEAD

Rachel is an Electrical Apprentice with a background in emergency medicine. She worked as a Primary Care Paramedic for 10 years and has a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and stressful environment with the primary goal of respect for diversity, safety, and craftsmanship.

PROJECT MANAGER

Garret has been in the construction and electrical field since 2007. He has a 309A Electrical License, Fire Alarm Certification, is CCQ Registered, and has PWGSC Secret Clearance. He designs and plans systems for multi-level buildings and is dedicated, adept, organized, focused on safety and training and manages work calmly and confidently.

PROJECT MANAGER

Julien has been in the construction and electrical field since 2010. He has a 309A Electrical License, Fire Alarm Certification, is CCQ Registered, and has PWGSC Secret Clearance. He is well-versed in managing a range of medium and large-sized projects and consistently meets tight deadlines under high pressure.

Sam has been in the construction and electrical field since 2013. Has a 309A Electrical License, Fire Alarm and NFPA Certifications, is CCQ Registered and has PWGSC Secret Clearance. He has led numerous types of electrical projects. His strong organizational skills and dedication consistently deliver quality work. He is committed to curating a healthy work environment to great contractor/client relationships that meet deadlines.

LEAD SERVICE ELECTRICIAN

Max has been in the construction and electrical field since 2013. He has a 309A Electrical License, Fire Alarm Certification, is CCQ Registered, and has PWGSC Secret Clearance. Max is no stranger to troubleshooting electrical systems and finding cost-effective solutions for clients. He is fluent in managing small to medium-scale projects, and his positive attitude ensures project success in the face of pressure.
